For all COD orders, we confirm the purchase with you on a phone call or SMS and only then ship the product. Incase you did not receive a confirmation call or text from us, please write to customerservice@uptownie101.com

Uptownie offers free shipping within India on all orders above Rs 2000.
We charge:

- Rs 50 for prepaid orders below Rs 2000.
- Rs 110 for COD orders below Rs.2000.

We also offer an Express Deilvery Service for an additional charge of Rs. 50.

We attempt to process and ship every order within 48 working hours. Your order will get delivered within 3-6 Business Days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.

No, we don't follow that policy. You can only exchange or return a particular product only once.

If the shipment you have receieved has been tampered with in any way please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. Kindly send us an image of the tampered shipment so we can take further action.

We use leading courier companies such as Delhivery and Fedex for shipment in India.

We love our products and are sure that you will love them too. However, if you are unhappy with any product and wish to return it, we’ll be happy to take it back. All products bought can only be returned for STORE CREDIT. This means that you can buy products from us for the amount that is to be returned to you, but you will not receive cash back. In order for products to be returned, they should be unused and in the same condition you received them; in their original packaging with all tags. Returns will be accepted only within 15 days of delivery of product. All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges.

To initiate return, just follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the 'My Returns' menu item at the bottom of the webpage and initiate a return request.
2. Pack the merchandise in the same box with all tags, stickers and original invoice. We will send our executive for the pickup in the next 48 hours. If your have lost your invoice please print another copy and send it with the shipment. PLEASE WRITE THE ORDER NUMBER ON THE PACKET WITH A MARKER BEFORE HANDING IT OVER TO THE COURIER PARTNER.
3. Once we receive the shipment, products will be checked for quality at our warehouse and refund/exchange will be accepted only if the products are in proper condition.
4. Once the refund has been approved, we will refund the money/credit or exchange the product as requested.

Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem, we will replace it for you. Follow the process outlined in the return policy and place a new order on uptownie.com

From the date of return pick up we will take 10 days to process your refund.

After placing an order on Uptownie, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at customerservice@uptownie101.com or call us at +91 9674628107 with the order details. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If the order value is below INR2000/- shipping charges will be applicable for exchange. No shipping charges will be charged for exchange orders of value above INR2000/-
